We’re bringing two new PREMIUM coffees to the sh

We’re bringing two new PREMIUM coffees to the shelf — get ready for a fruity Kenya Kamwangi and a sweet Ethiopia Hadeso! 🍍🍭

First up: our new Kenya from the renowned Kirinyaga region, produced at Kamwangi Factory (as washing stations are called in Kenya 🚰).

The factory works with around 2,500 smallholder farmers who deliver freshly picked cherries that are carefully sorted, pulped, fermented and washed using fresh water from the Nyamindi River. Finally, the parchment is dried on raised beds with frequent turning to ensure even drying and prevent defects.

We love this coffee for its vibrant, juicy fruitiness that reminds us of summer. Expect sweet and refreshing notes of pineapple, grapefruit and honey. 🍍🍊🍯

Let’s not forget about our new Ethiopia Hadeso, a washed lot from Guji Hadeso Washing Station reflects the unique local varieties and microclimates of Guji, Ethiopia.

It is produced by 500 smallholder farmers, who grow coffee traditionally alongside food crops, with minimal inputs and mostly manual farming. Cherries are selectively handpicked, carefully sorted, fermented for 36-48 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds for 5-7 days.

Come by, taste it and look for notes of brown sugar, jasmine and vanilla. 🥧

And yes, we had a lot of fun taking these photos! 😅📸

Meet Marco, the newest friendly face you’ll meet

Meet Marco, the newest friendly face you’ll meet behind our bars! 🇮🇹

Coffee in one hand, cocktail in the other! 🍸 Our Italian guy has spent years behind the bar, mixing drinks and perfecting his hospitality skills. After living in Spain for 4 years, he made his way to Copenhagen, where he’s now been for the past year.

When it comes to coffee, Marco keeps it classic: his favourite way of brewing is moka pot. ☕️ Outside of work, you’ll probably find him taking care of his growing collection of indoor plants or getting competitive over a board game with some friends.

On a shift, you’ll find him sipping cortado with oat milk and if you’re wondering what’s in his glass after hours, it’s most likely a Milano-Torino (or simply, a Mi-To). 🍊🥃

Oh, and ladies… he’s single 😉

Happy to have you as a part of the team Marco! 💛

$Someone was looking for a Geisha on the shelf? 👀 You asked, we delivered! A brand new World Class coffee just landed in our cafés — Peru Cedruyoc! 🌎 This Geisha is grown by Juan José Huillca on Finca Cedruyoc in Cusco, Peru and it’s a reflection of exceptional terroir and deep agricultural knowledge. 🌿 As a trained agricultural technician, Juan José takes a scientific approach to farming, using tools like pH meters and refractometers to better understand his land and coffee cherries. His research revealed that Cedruyoc’s challenging terrain contributes to higher sugar concentrations, resulting in remarkable sweetness and complexity that you can especially notice in his Geishas. Committed to sustainable farming, he also produces his own nutrient-rich organic fertilizers and shares his knowledge with neighbouring producers. Carefully handpicked and fully washed, this Geisha showcases delicate notes of jasmine, apricot and honey. 🌸 #peru #cusco #roastcom #specialitycoffee #roastcoffee$
