We will teach you the same techniques and skills that we train our Baristas with, here at ROAST Coffee. There will be plenty of time to understand how to make a great espresso, the variety of flavours of espresso and how to steam creamy, barista level microfoam!

The techniques and areas we will be focusing on are:

• How to dose, distribute and tamp correctly
• How to create an espresso recipe and ‘dial-in’
• What kind of coffee do I actually like?
• Creating microfoam milk
• General cleaning and workstation set up
